New WIK-C Study

WIK-Consult has conducted a business customer survey for postal services on behalf of German regulator Bundesnetzagentur. The study "Nachfrage nach Postdienstleistungen von Geschäftskunden" outlines the development of competition and examines empirically the structure of demand in the German letters market, as well as needs and experiences of business customers in this market.
The study is written in German, but includes an English executive summary and is available for download as well as two appendices.
